TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to BRB Yoga (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by CPNW LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.brbyoga.com (the “Site”), including all digital programs, courses, prerecorded videos, memberships, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The Services include physical movement, exercise instruction, and wellness education.

You understand and agree that:

  • The content provided is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • The Services are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

  • You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or have any medical condition.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, you agree to stop immediately.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

Participation in yoga and physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or other physical harm.

By using the Services, you:

  • Voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • Release and hold harmless CPNW LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Services.

  • Agree that you are solely responsible for your health and safety while participating.

This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Fees

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription or membership:

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for prior payments unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

All digital program, course, and subscription purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site and within the Services — including videos, program materials, text, graphics, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of CPNW LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content.

  • Share login credentials.

  • Record, download, screenshot, or redistribute video content.

  • Use the content for commercial purposes.

Access to digital content grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your access to digital content and memberships will cease immediately.

8. NO GUARANTEES

We make no guarantees regarding specific results from participation in our programs. Results vary based on individual effort, health status, and consistency.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party platforms (such as payment processors or hosting providers). We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party providers.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
